Commission terms, pricing, timelines, and payment details are handled individually and agreed upon in writing (typically via email) before work commences. Those specific agreements govern each commission — these website terms don't override them.

Free Tools

We offer free browser-based image processing tools (dithering, background removal, etc.) on this site. These tools:

• Process everything locally — your images never leave your browser or get uploaded to any server
• Are provided "as is" without warranty
• May be modified, updated, or removed at any time
• Are free for personal and commercial use

You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you process using these tools.

Our Content

All original content on this site — including photographs, designs, text, and the Dither & Etch brand — is owned by Dither & Etch unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without permission.

Photos of completed commissions may depict work created for clients. Ownership of the physical pieces belongs to those clients; we retain the right to photograph and display our work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

If you share images, ideas, or materials with us for a potential commission, you retain ownership of your original content. By sharing it, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of discussing and potentially completing your commission.
